This is perhaps one of the more interesting and unique apps to come to the iPhone and make use of Grooveshark. Wine DJ allows you to match music that fits not only the wine you are drinking but also your mood and the type of evening you are having. 
When you first open the app you are given a choice of wines. The choice of wines is very limited but the range allows you to more or less choose the type of wine you are drinking.
After that you are taken to a list of sliders to move between options like “Flying Solo to Entourage” or “Candlelight to Strobe Light.” The number of choices allow to you really describe your evening and then you can simply wait while the app searches through hundreds of thousands of songs to find what perfectly fits your preferences.
The great thing about this app is that if it creates a playlist that you like you can save it an access it anytime you want. This is great because the music is suggests is often unique and perfect for whatever mood I am feeling.
Another great thing is that you will rarely get the same playlist twice because of the wide range of choices that Grooveshark lends to the app.
I think this is a very cool idea and one that will definitely make you seem like a very cultured person and will have all of your friends wondering just where you learned about so many different kinds of music.
Despite the fact that your wine selection is limited to Liberty Wines this is a very unique and fun app and best of all it is currently free! So check it out and be amazed at just how accurate it is.

Select your wine from a list of Liberty School favorites then set the sliders based on your mood and setting. Your cues will generate music ideal for what you’ve got going on.
Whether toasting a romantic dinner with a glass of Cabernet or busting a move with Chardonnay by the cup- full, Wine DJ provides the music to complement any evening.

What if I switch up what I’m drinking halfway through the night? You can alter your settings whenever you want and Wine DJ will automatically adjust your playlist to match your changes without stopping the music.
How many songs play on each playlist? Wine DJ will generate songs until you tell it to stop. The list can go on as long as the party does.
Wine DJ thinks Grooveshark should play Waylon Jennings with my Treana Red but I disagree. How do I get him to stop playing this artist? Simply highlight the song in question and press the trashcan icon to send that artist to the garbage. Another song will populate in its place and Waylon won’t be bothering you again.
