REVIEW – “See how well you can direct traffic at a four way intersection in this fun game.”
When I first saw this game I thought that it was another puzzle type game but after I started playing I realized that it was a time management game in high speed. With Traffic Rush your goal to is to tell cars to stop, go or speed up in order to make sure that they get through an intersection safely.
The game starts off easily enough. All you have to do is watch the traffic in the intersection. The cars move at a relatively slow speed on their own. You will have to deal with semi-trucks, cars, and motorcycles but they will all move at relatively the same speed.
When cars are approaching this the intersection you have the option to allow the cars to go at the current speed, or you can tap them in order to get them to stop for a few seconds or you can swipe them in order to get them to rush through an intersection.
Now it is important to remember that if you stop a car the cars behind it will stop so you do not have to worry about a pileup out side of the intersection.
Plan your moves carefully because one crash and you are done so failure is not an option.
I liked this game because it was very simple and it gets difficult very quickly. My husband and I took a few tries to even get into the 50s and 60s as far as score.
The graphics are nice and simple enough which is always impressive. The sounds were what I really enjoyed because each type of vehicle had its own sound which is a nice touch for such a simple game.
There are a few extra features with this game including one where you can check your stats on how many cars you have sped up, how many cars you have saved, games you have started and how long you have played the game.
This game is sweet and simple and very addicting which is something I always enjoy in a game, so I think it is worth the $.99 price tag. But the great thing is that for a limited time this game is free, so get it quickly before the price comes back!
