TagMe is nothing more than a fun, simple app that gives you a better way of organizing and 
“tagging” the people in your contact list. It adds a little fun and splash of color to those long, boring contact lists so it is easier to recognize your contacts, especially when you are in a hurry. The discovery of TagMe has made my iPhone a lot more colorful and fun (plus I had fun choosing the different icons for people!).
If you are looking for an app that will allow you to customize your contacts, then this is the app that you want. You can easily add pictures, emoticons, shapes, etc to any of the contacts in your phone. TagMe allows you to add 
one, two or just about as many pictures to a contact as you would like. The more you add, the smaller they get, but so far I have added up to seven with no problem.
Similar to the Emoji app, TagMe has icons that range from emoticons, hearts, buildings, shapes, animals and so much more. What I really liked about the icons are the ones that can be used for important contacts like the doctor, hospital, bank, etc… there are icons for all of these within this app. It makes someone or something stand out when scrolling through a long list of people.
Once you have tagged the appropriate people in your 
contacts list, you can then search through only the contacts that have been tagged – very helpful, especially when you group people together with tags. I decided to give all of my co-workers the same tag so that they are easy to see when I am going through my contacts list. So not only is this app useful, it is fun as well. You can add, change, delete anytime you want. Adding a tag is just as easy as deleting a tag: simply click on the icon and either drag to the contact or drag to the bottom of the screen.

How to use:

Tag: Click and hold the icon from icon zone, then drag to the contact to tag.

I love this app.
The software can simplify many of my operations.
When first used I “taged” most of my friends with this fun icons.
Usually I use it to tag some people after a phone call, After this I can more easily to find him in my contacts list. also do as received a text message.
Really funny app, Hope to fine more like it.
TagMe has just update to 1.1. Some of the bugs are fixed and UI improvement.
Yeah, but is there a way to make those icons apear on my mac ?
