This game revolves around the story of Sponge Dude who has been exiled to Earth because he failed at his duty of being the watchman for his planet. Now Sponge Dude’s only goal is to find a way off of Earth and get on with this life.
When you start of the game you are introduced to Sponge Dude and his story. You are also introduced to his limitations. As a square the only thing that he can really do on his own is jump and not very high at that.
But don’t worry you’ll encounter plenty of objects that will help Sponge dude get moving. You can use pushers which will quickly push Sponge Dude across the screen. Bombs which can do a number of things if placed in the right spot, including launch a catapult which can get Sponge Dude over tall mountains.
You will even be able to use balloons to lift Sponge Dude over obstacles. This is also where you’ll really have to use your brain and now when to tap balloons to make them disappear and when to add more.
What I like about this game is that the graphics are great and sounds are nice enough. But the game is able to teach you the different elements while quickly getting you into levels that are more and more challenging.
This game is a great action game and one that will definitely have you entertained. Plus the story line and the crazy graphics will only add to the enjoyment of this game.
There are four different worlds to explore and 26 levels so it will keep you busy for awhile and then you’ll want to go back and try all the levels again in order to collect everything.
The physics in this game are great so you can really think things through and know that everything will go according to plan. You can even use two fingers to zoom in and out on the level so that you can clearly see everything that is coming up ahead.
This is a fun little game that will definitely make you think.
