Whether you’re looking to expand, relocate or start your business LoopNet Commercial Real Estate Search will help you keep track of what 
commercial real estate currently available in your area!
When you open up this app you’ll be prompted to allow the app to use your location information. From there you will be taken to the home screen where you have several different search options. You can search for nearby properties that are for lease or also for sale with just the touch of a button. Below those two options there is also the option to do a custom search . This allows you to set all kinds of variables from the location you are searching down to things like building 
size, price, etc.
Once you choose your search and confirm your search method you’ll be taken to a map with little icons representing where the properties are located. Refining your search is as easy as touching the “Refine” button in the upper right corner and changing any of the search options that you want. Once you have your search set like you want all you have to do is touch a property to bring up a small preview of it at the top of the screen. The preview includes a picture and some basic information about the property, such as how much it is what kind of property it is and a description of exactly where it is.
Once you find a property that you think is interesting all you have to do is touch the little blue arrow on the right side of the preview. This will take you to a screen with more detailed information on that particular property. Depending on what kind of property it is you will see everything here from current tenants 
and square footage to pricing and lease agreement details. Towards the bottom of each listing you will also see several links to get and send information. Here you can view the full listing on the LoopNet website, get directions from Google Maps, or even email that listing to a friend!
The premise of this 
app is simple, but it’s the execution that makes this app so valuable! You could literally spend hours at a computer and not find as much quality information as you can from within this website in minutes. Combine this with the ability to contact a property’s Broker by phone with just one touch and this app is simply a must have! Whether you’re in the market for the short term or you are constantly buying and selling commercial properties you should definitely download LoopNet today!
