REVIEW – “it’s organization and chic at it’s very best.”
It’s finally here – a virtual closet in the palm of your hand. At first I thought that it was too good to be true, but then I realized, this is 
the Clueless closet for 2009 and beyond. This is everything a girl (or guy) could ever imagine – all of your pieces in one convenient place, ready to be organized and sorted so you never have to leave the house looking anything less than fabulous.
When I first downloaded the app, I started with the Lite version, but it quickly became apparent that this is an app that is worth the money, time and effort that goes into making this work. Stylebook allows you take pictures with your phone or copy pictures from the internet to add your pieces into the already sorted lists. Tank tops, t-shirts, sweaters, etc – all of the categories are there, and if there is one that you don’t use, you can edit the name to something that you do. The app is very easy to use and I found that taking pictures and organizing all of my pieces was just as relaxing as it is when I decide to revamp and rearrange my physical closet.
A Type A person, like myself, will probably appreciate this app more than anyone, but there is something about this app that calls to the fashionistas and maybe to the less organized person, a way to show that even though their closet may be a mess, they have everything exactly where it needs to be (in their phone, anyway). The lists are very extensive and not only are they broken down by tops, bottoms, outerwear, etc; the tops have subcategories of tanks, t’s, sweaters… the list is whatever you need it to be. I especially liked the accessories category: necklaces, belts, headbands, sunglasses – nothing is missing from this app.
In addition to adding your closet to this app, you can also put together looks based on day, evening, formal, work and more. Once you have your closet added into the app, it is as easy as clicking add to put together one of your most stylish outfits. The pictures are sized the same way that you zoom in and out on the iPhone and outfits can be put together in seconds. You have the option of saving outfits into any of the categories but you also have the option of emailing to a 
friend. Think your look is maybe just a little over the top? Send it to a friend; not sure if your favorite LBD is just a little to dressy, get a second opinion. All of these options are available to you with this amazingly simple and convenient app – it’s organization and chic at it’s very best.
The Stylebook app has become a staple in my life. Now that I know I have everything in one convenient place, it’s easy to look things up or put together something great no matter where I am! No more searching the depths of my memory to recall if I kept that fabulous black button down sweater or decided that there just wasn’t room anymore. No more trying to explain to your boyfriend exactly which pashmina you want him to bring – email him a picture!
