REVIEW – “Splitting the bill or tipping is a breeze with this app!”
This app is great for anyone who has gone out to lunch or dinner and finds it tedious to have to figure out how to split the bill or tip the server. Do you groan at the sight of a bill when the server brings it, knowing that on a full stomach your math skills aren’t up to par? iCheck is the perfect app for you because it allows you to either split the bill, tip the server, or pick someone to foot the bill all in one easy-to-use program. Upon opening this app, I was greeted with a screen that allowed me to quickly figure out the appropriate tip for the server. There were two steps that allowed users to find the tip: simply enter the price of the total bill and the percent you wish to tip.
If users are dining with others and want to figure out how to split the bill accordingly, enter in the total price of the bill and the people in your party, and the app figures out what each person owes. If you want to randomly pick someone out of your party to foot the entire bill, enter in all the names of the group and the app will then choose someone to pay. I liked the interface of this app, the font was large and the color scheme was visually appealing. Each feature loaded quickly and there were very little steps in order to figure out each feature, making the app very user-friendly.
I found this app to come in handy when dining out and eliminated the guess-work for tipping and splitting the bill.
