I’ve already found three of the four books I have to read for two of my classes this coming semester. eReader is a book lover’s gold mine! It has over 100,000 books available for download. From Tarzan of the Apes to Stephen King collection, the literary world is at your fingertips. Books are divided by categories, from action to science-fiction/thriller, and you can even create your own categories. Once you have selected your book, the real fun begins.
A table of contents is readily available with page numbers and you can even search the book for keywords just like using an index. Don’t want to lose your place, or want to mark multiple spots for future reference? The bookmark feature allows you to do this. Also, don’t worry about not having any margins to write notes in or having a highlighter, you can make notes and highlight sections for future reference and eReader will store those parts for you for future access.
eReader also allows you to enjoy reading your book hands free with its automated screen roll features. This means you don’t have to worry about turning the page with your hand every 50 words. eReader is so detailed that you can change font size, color, line spacing, and margins. You can even change the color of screen from a yellow screen (the day screen) to a black screen (the night screen).
eReader gives you so many options, it’s almost hard to pick exactly what you want. I’m sure it will make reading next semester not as daunting. While I doubt anyone would want to read an entire book on their iPod or iPhone, it’s nice to know that you can leave those heavy books at home and have all you need in the palm of your hand.
