I loved playing this game! If you don’t know what this game is, Dingbats are cunningly disguised names, phrases and sayings that are turned around, upside-down, sideways or jumbled up.
The 30th Anniversary iPhone game includes Twitter integration; a global high score table; quick save; and 180 of the puzzles!
I’ve been hearing that they are releasing a new version with in-game purchases and a hints board for those (like me) that get stuck at points!
Over all, I will grant this app the iTunes store 5 stars, due to the sheer frustration and relief I have felt playing this game!

WHAT ARE “DINGBATS®?”
DINGBATS® are cunningly disguised names, phrases and sayings that are turned around, upside-down, sideways or jumbled up.
HOW TO SOLVE?
You need to work out the hidden word or phrase on each card. It could be the size, position or direction that will give you a clue. Sometimes, the pictures combined with a word or a number will give you your answer.
If you get stumped by a puzzle, just relax and come back to it later. Then, when you figure it out you’re sure to let out what we call the “Dingbats Ahhh!”
We have included a “PASS” button but use it wisely, as you are only awarded a few passes!
QUICK SAVE
If you want a break, just quit the application and DINGBATS® will automatically save your position so you can return to it.
GLOBAL SCOREBOARD
If you have Internet access on your device, your progress will be uploaded to the Global Scoreboard, which you can see by selecting “SCORES” on the menu bar. Try to get your name and country’s flag up for all to see!
TWITTER INTEGRATION
We have included Twitter support, so you can let your friends and followers know how well you are doing by tweeting your points and level achieved.
CARDS GALLERY
You can also see the cards you’ve solved in the current game by selecting “CARDS”. While you won’t see the answer, you can baffle your friends with the puzzles you’ve solved.

I loved this app – it is my favourite board / word game on the AppStore so far. You can pick it up and play, then you can come back to it later.
I find if I have a word puzzle thAt I can’t get, I will walk around doing my day thinking about the one I can’t get and the suddenly I work it out and launch right back in to solve it.
Beware it is ery adictive
