REVIEW – “Get your board game fix with this amusing app!”
iCorners Pro is a fun new game that allows players to challenge themselves in new ways while on the go. Upon opening the app, I was prompted to either choose a one or two player game. Players can even choose a Network game, which does require a WiFi connection and another friend to play. You can also customize your name and choose what position you would like to start off with. Although the developer does state what the object of the game is in the application description, there were no instructions for playing the game anywhere in the app. I also found that while I was trying to move my pieces across the board, it took a few tries before the piece actually moved. This app is definitely visually appealing since everyone is familiar with the checkerboard setup. If you aren’t satisfied with the look of things, players are allowed to switch the color of the board or style of pieces.
While playing iCorners Pro, I was genuinely entertained and know that this a great game for all ages. If for some reason you need to end the game quickly, you can always return to iCorners and your last game will be automatically saved for you. I was impressed with how quickly each game loaded and the sound effects weren’t annoying. I would have liked the option to play some music in the background to make the game a bit more entertaining. I also hope that in the future versions developers can add different difficulty levels for players. I believe that iCorners Pro is a great addition for anyone who loves puzzles and board games. There are endless opportunities for fun with this app and each game will be different. Download now to get your board game fix and have fun with friends and family!
