REVIEW – “Have fun reading about Beverly Hills’ rich and famous with this iPhone app!”
As a fan of the original Gossip Girl series as well as the other series featured in this app, I was excited to see what this app had to offer. This app offered three free previews for the A-list books series as well as the Gossip Girl series, The Clique, Poseur, and Secrets of My Hollywood Life. The download of this was as quick as any other app I’ve downloaded, and also loaded quickly. Once opening the app, I was able to view the three books in the A-list series and either preview them right away or buy the books from iTunes.
The text of this app was well suited for the iPhone and I found that the program itself was very useful for reading books because of its array of helpful features. For example, I could tap on the top of the screen in order to view the IceBerg bookstore, instructions, as well as the ability to take notes within the book. I found this app to be very useful and enhanced my mobile reading experience because of its convenience and great selection of other books in this particular genre. One feature that I found lacking was the ability to save my place in the text. Although this app was just a preview of the books, there should still be a way to bookmark.
All in all, I was very impressed with this app because of its extra features that made reading more interesting and enjoyable. I would recommend this app to anyone who would like to preview an array of teen drama books before they commit to buying.
