One of the most popular types of photo apps for the iphone are those that allow people to add their own flair and style to their pictures. DecoCamera allows you to add stamps, borders and draw using a number of different brushes. You can turn your photos into works of art that truly express your own style.
When you open the app you are given the option to either take a photo or use one that you have on your phone. Once you do that you can let your creativity flow.
There are over 100 different types of brushes that you can use and each one has a number of different colors to allow you to draw or write anything you like onto your photos. Then you can move on to the stamps and add hearts, starts, flowers, or cute animals to your photos. 
There are even rolling stamps that you can create your own borders around the photo or just add unique accents.
You can adjust the size the rotation of all of the stamps and brushes so you can truly modify the pictures anyway you like.
Then you can even add frames to your photos to make them really stand out.
Currently there are a number of frames and stamps for the holiday season so you can add a cute accent to all of your holiday photos and really make your friends and family smile when they see them.
Overall this app is very user friendly and fun to play around with. I will mention that most of the stamps, frames and even the colors for the brushes seem to be geared toward young girls. Most of the stamps are hearts, stars, twinkles and cute animals so not exactly items high on the list for guys to decorate their photos with.
In fact when I showed it to my husband to see if he would like to play around with it, his first reaction was that it looked pretty girly. I also found the designs a little childish and not something I would like to use on my photos.
But that does not mean that this is not a great app, it is just not for everyone. Young girls and teen girls will probably love this app and really enjoy the different stamps and looks that they can create.

various new functions have been added, such as to load from photo library, to rotate or reverse stamps and to restore any stage required, including stamp frames best suited for Christmas season.
In addition, you can enjoy drawing graffiti pleasantly both on iPhone 3G and iPod touch, since the operational stability has been enhanced.

It became possible to restore data even after switching tools by “Undo” button. (able to go back as many stages as possible)
It became possible to resume drawing graffiti by pushing “Continue” button even after closing down the application without saving the data by receiving or pushing Home button.
It became possible to load photograph from “Photo Albums”.
It became available for iPod touch.
Operational stability has been drastically improved.
Rotation and reverse have been made available for stamps.
Ultra-fine and ultra-thick brushes have been made available. (Repeatedly push the size button of finest/thickest.)
You can save data by selecting PNG / JPEG format. (useful to send to other terminal)
