I am sad to say that this is the first video app that I have downloaded for my iPhone. I am not sure why I waited so long but I figured better late than never. Camera Plus Pro does everything I expected a video and photo app to do, but also so much more.

What I like about the app is how all inclusive it is. I can easily switch from still to video almost instantly and the amount of options this app provides allow you to be very creative.

I stole one of the stock photos for this app so that you can get an idea of just how many options you have to play around with just with still photography. Some of the features I am not sure how you would really need or use them, like the timer feature, I’m not sure I would want to set my iPhone somewhere and then walk away, they’re just too easy to snatch up. But the other features are definitely worth playing around with.

Now the features that most people will enjoy are the video features and that fact that it allows you to do neat things like apply filters and do live zoom. With these features you can take decent video and have some fun with it but you have to always remember that you are limited by the quality of the iPhone camera, so depending on your model, the better or worse your quality will be.

Another nice thing about the app is that is saves everything together so that you can easily access and edit it. Which is nice to not have to exit the app to check your latest video or picture and then go back in, to take more.

What this app does it turn your iPhone into a real camera just missing the overall quality that you might want from your pictures, but it is about as best you can expect.

The ease of use allows just about anyone to use but I think a little tutorial or walkthrough of the features would be nice so that that you would not have to click your way through everything to figure out what everything does and how to use it.

This app is definitely worth the price, especially if you want to use your iPhone in order to take videos because this app is definitely one of the easiest I have come across ( and that is why it was my first choice when it came to finally downloading my own app.)
